How to start a website?

Hey everyone, how do you start a website. Not a free one. But one were we can buy a website. What we are doing is charging per minute to talk to one of our workers. No, its not phone s*x haha. But how do we start one ?

I suggest you try blogging first.. It's very easy.. Just try to write something about anything.. preferrably the once you really like.

It can be about celebrities, your favorite sports or even about gadgets.
