So my cousin just got back from basic and giving me the heads up she said the most important thing is to get in the habit of running 1.5mile and to time myself. This is all she saidI've always hated running..I mean in school I made myself run the 1 mile run without stopping. I jogged around the whole track over and over and afterward it felt as though my teeth were going to explode and my legs were going to fall off. I know this sounds bizarre but it's a example on how hard it is for meI now that I have to suck it up though=/ if I want to be in the military so I was wondering if some of you could give me some tips and advice on startingI'm starting from zero and have have one and 1/2 months at the most before I leaveI'm 19,146lbs, if this helpsThanks much in advance =)
