How do you start to run?

  1. i start to run by just taking off. and than run faster and faster.


  2. I would start running maybe 2km and then increase it by a little everytime you run. Once you run a few times and have a set length(ex. 5km) then time yourself each time. Try to beat your time; competition is the key to pushing yourself to the max!
