Question:

How to stay awake all day and night?

I have to go to school Wedsday and I do this every night. I go to sleep at like 7 and wake up at like 2 in the afternoon. So whats a good way to stay up All day so i can go back to nornal?

  1. I had the same issue up until a few days ago....

    music, caffeine, and many other thing I was advised didnt work so just stayed active....every ten minutes I would walk downstairs and back just to keep me from drifting off to dreamland


  2. Haha I was in the same situation. Just set an alarm for 6 am and get up straight away (when you give yourself 2 more minutes and snooze the alarm it just turns to 2 more hours). Just jump up out of bed and you'll realise how easy it is. Then, because you've only had so many hours sleep, go to bed at about 10-11pm and get up early again. OR, just rent a few movies and drink loads of coffee and the caffeine will keep you awake.

  3. same situation right here....right now its about that critical time when i think about staying awake or sleeping and ruining my day

    anyways I've stayed up 36 hours at a time (and still never felt tired). If you resist sleep, the tiredness goes away. Drink caffeine, not energy drinks. Energy drinks will use up all the spare energy you have left. Caffeine in something like coke or root beer is just the right amount to even it out through the day.

  6. Lots of caffine/engergy drinks. don't read anything, it'll make your eyes tired and you'll fall asleep. If you start to feel tired, take a shower, hot or cold, cold might work better. umm... they say it's bad to eat at night, but you might want to grab a quick snack, if you're worried about weight get an apple or something. also, sweets and sugar <333 keep you up

  7. go for a walk. try a mall or something where it is cool...

    Walk and walk and walk.

    Then go to a water park.

  9. stay active don't lay down at all drink lots of water and caffeine take showers (cold ones if u can) invite a friend over. pretty much all boils down to keep yourself busy something physical is better
