How to stay awake?

its 400 am and to stay awake untill at least 3

without coffee

  1. do something time consuming but fun/entertaining. its 4 in the morning where im at also. i dont know why im still awake

  5. Unlike what others are suggesting do not consume caffeine! You might be able to stay awake for a while but then the sugar drags you down.

    Eat fruits and vegetables! Apples and carrots are recommended! Drink alot of water! If you absolutely have to have caffeine only drink two cups!

    I've stayed awake for a whole day just drinking water....didn't even notice time was passing......then again i was on the computer.

  7. well, you can have energy drinks like monster or jolt (which kill your stomach if you have a weak stomach like me) or u can drink ALOT of pop/soda.......you can eat alot of candy.......or just talk and have a fun time with who ever ur with so the time goes by faster

  8. Energy Vitamin Water. It's good and it keeps you awake. It has another caffiene-like substance in it which explains why it keeps you up.

    if so do something hyperactive like running around it releases endorfins whch excite the body and make you more awake and hyper!!

    or develop insomnia.

  11. vegetables provide instant energy,so keep munching on your vegetables,also you can flavor them with dry fruits like almonds & raisins.
