well i was like that when my husband took me to Busch Gardens. I think of the reason that people are nervous getting on rides because they think how dangerous it can be. my advice is, no matter how scare you are just force yourself to get through that 2 minutes ride and you'll discover it's actually not that bad. now after like 3 visits, i can't get enough of those rides

Just remember that those rides are made by professionals so if you are scared it makes you have more fun on the rides! But if you're talking about keeping from getting excited I say  go scream it outside that you're going and you will be too tired from screaming it  to be excited!

Best way to stay calm at a Six Flags park is to keep your cool at all times, and do your best to keep your wallet/purse away from vendors and other places that can cost you money. Six Flags costs so much, you really don't have anything to worry about other than the costs and hidden charges.

Note: Get an all day locker before you do anything in the park, most major rides will make you pay to have your items in a One-Time use locker. Just get an all day one and save yourself the trouble of lugging everything around.
