How to stop 800-259-7317 from calling me?

This No. called me more than ten times a day and they always hanged up when I answered the phone. It was really annoying... Anybody knows how to stop it?

They are a bill collection agency.  I just called!

They are not hanging up the computer generates the call,if you stay on the line they will be a live person.  Crapy way to call people.

Can't u block the #? or u could call the non- emergency police for harassment & they can call the number. and find out who it is.

Change your phone number. Or you can call that person and tell them to stop or just wrong number. :) hope i helped :D

Check the front of your telephone book.  Most service providers will do everything in their power to stop this kind of harassment and abuse.  There are major penalties if the other party is caught.  They can only be caught if you complain to your service provider.

wow its probally that comercial stuff just dont answer it...if it on your cell ull see who it is and jus dont answer same if u have caller id but u cant make it stop...maybe they will get tired of it =]

call the police: usually it wont turn out dangerous, but anything can happen

call ur phone company and tell them that you want to block a # and tell them the number(s).

Call your phone company. Ask about call blocking features. Ofcourse you can always call the number and request that they cease calling you.

I recommend either going to their website and giving them a piece of your mind, or getting your phone company involved and getting their # blocked! I searched for some information, and it looks like they are harassing a lot of people!  Good luck!
