How to stop Yahoo Group Invites and Emails to my Gmail Account?

I constantly get Emails for Invites to Yahoo Groups from Spammers. How do I prevent this and permanently block from receiving mail to my Gmail/Hotmail accounts

Under every one of the windows you access, is a link at the top to "My Account", in there are options about every one of the things you can opt to have in Yahoo.  One of them is accept no invites.
