How to stop a Mac automatically going into Safe Boot/Safe Mode?

Having a problem with this, was adjusting some settings and it looks like I've set it to automatically safe boot. I cannot find the same setting now - any ideas?

I performed the settings change with Cocktail but the setting has disappeared...

Use the Console root and type the following command to view the error log.



/usr/bin/less[space]/var/log/system.lo...

There is only one space in the command at the [space].

I suspect you disabled a system function or changed a protection on a system file that is necessary.
