How to stop a neighborhood getting into my house. Without stopping my cat leaving.... please help?

I have had a cat for several years now and installed a cat flap for her which she regularly uses. However i have since had constant visits from a neighborhood cat that keeps peeing everywhere in my house..... i have tried numerous products to deter the cat however nothing seems to work.... it's becoming a huge problem as i don't want to get violent when i catch this bloody cat

They do make pet doors that only open to the pet wearing a special collar that gives off the correct frequency.  You might look into this.

they make a magnetic cat door..your cat wears a magnet on his collar and only the magnet can open the cat door
