  1. No, once you have a bidder then you need to follow thru.  Next time, set the bid at the lowest amount you are comfortable selling for or use a reserve price.

  2. next time just remember to make the starting bid what you would feel comfortable with, and no, i dont think Ebay lets you do that, because it wouldnt be fair to the buyer to just cancel on them.

  3. most bidding activity is done in the last couple minutes of an auction.  If the bid is below your minimum(reserve) price, then it should show up in red, meaning the item will not sell -

if you did not set a minimum or reserve, then you signed a contract with ebay that you would sell the item to the highest bidder.  i suggest that you do the right thing, and sell it, then consider it a learning experience.  you would want a seller to have the same respect for you.

  4. This is the reason there is a reserve. By setting the reserve, you do not oblige yourself to sell the item at a price below what you want to sell for. If you pull the item, be prepared for negative feedback and/or a possible customer complaint.

  5. make a different account and outbid them

  6. go to your account and try it.  what u got to lose?
