How to stop a spy from taping my phone internet and car

i want to stop my boyfriend from knowing where i am all the time and what to look for so i can have sleep

I am going to answer this question, although I don’t really know everything about your situation (where you are from and such things like that)

I am assuming that you are talking the fact that he can track you through your cell phone and you are in the USA.  If he is tracking you though your cell phone it is because of GPS that is on your cell phone...all phones sold in the USA have to have GPS as part of the phone.

But generally there are two setting for this fetcher

1) 911 only

2) Location on (or something to that affect)

Mine is located like this:

First I have to hit the menu...then I go to settings...then there is a thing call location.

It might say instead of location, it might say GPS or something like that (just look around for it...I am sure that it is in settings somewhere).

As far as the car…I am assuming that he is using some type of GPS on your car as well. (Sample below) I am not sure of what to do if this is the case but I am sure that the local law enforcement will have some idea of how to find out if this is happening (if not then they will know people who do).

Now the internet...I am betting he put some type of nanny sitting program on the computer. (Examples on the 2nd and 3rd one down)

Again if this is happening then try to uninstall it...if the program won't let you (and most likely, it won't) then you have to call the company and tell them your situation.   (It won’t necessarily be the one I gave to you as an example.)  Most likely there will be some type of password reset there somewhere so he won't be able to track you.

Then do like what many of the people are suggesting here (that I seen before I answered the question)...dump him...if he still follows you then call the police and find out what can be done.

Also, if he does follow you then try to be around people...people you trust...maybe stay at a friend’s house if you live alone...be in public and around friends that know your situation...and stuff like that.

Do you have a cell phone that has "Chaperon" on it?

Does he have access to your computer?  How do you know that he does?

Your first step is to change ALL of your passwords.  To your computer, your email, your accounts, your cell phone account.  Once that is done, he will not have easy access anymore.

Second, you confront him and tell him that you want to end the relationship.  You do not want him to be any part of you anymore.  I would go with someone if you dont think his reaction will be honorable.

At that point, if you feel he is still harassing you, I would get a restraining order if you fear your safety is at issue.
