  1. Throwing up sounds more like anxiety attacks  than paranoia to me.  Have you seen a Psychiatrist for a diagnosis?

Cognitive Therapy can help with this a lot: it teaches skills to literally reprogram your brain to deal with crippling fears.

  2. Well, it sounds like you could use some therapy. You could also check out the book "Feeling Good" by Dr. David Burns. It's not your typical cheesy self-help book, because the cognitive-behavioral techniques it outlines have been shown to be effective in combating anxiety, depression, and a host of other problems. In fact, it's the book most commonly recommended by mental health professionals in the US and Canada to their patients.

  3. Stop smoking weed

  4. keep your mind off of it. if you think it alot it s morel ikely to happen. just maybe talk on the phone with someone while your walking in public.

  5. how to stop being paranoid? i don't know too.. i'm always like that, feeling of insecurity perhaps or i don't know. maybe just relaxed and have focused so that you will not be paranoid again

  6. You may actually have gotten yourself so nervous about it that you will be more likely to do it because you think you will. Does that make sense? Anyway, you have to get out there and face it. You have to go to places that are small and near home and you can easily leave if you start to panick. But don't let it get the best of you. Get out for longer periods over time, more crouded venues, and places where you are more and more exposed to people paying attention to you (i.e. going with people you know or where people you know might be there). Take small steps, if it makes you feel more comfortable bring a plastic bag along to keep in your pocket. And gradually get yourself out there more until you learn to calm down and not worry about it. Do things that distract you from it while your out, and don't decide that if you do puke it's a setback. It's only a hurdle and you intend to cross it. If you get out 10 times and only puke 1 than how good are those odds!? give yourself goals to stretch it 15/1 then 20/1 and eventually none. And remember, it never hurts anyone to scope out where the bathrooms are in a new surrounding.
