How to stop being so nervous

tomorrow i have my music test and its a really hard one and im so nervous...when i get nervous i get really really sick yesterday i had english and i needed to pee but i forgot so i rushed my test and im angry that i did that anyways for my music test i have to play 2 songs on piano and a written test im not so nervous about that because i can study for it and yeh but one of my performances is going to be happy ending by mika and the other one is going to be so scary and hard and when i get nervous my hands get really ice cold and i cant stop shaking and doing sudden movements and im scared im going to stuff it up like i stuffed up my other performance :( please help me im so nervous just thinking about it

  1. just learn to take deep breath's and ignor that its a test and just have fun.

  4. listen to some of your favorite music first that might calm you down

  5. stop and take deep breaths  in and out very slowly do this every time that u get nervous it will help u to carm down do it as often and as u like.do it as many time as u need to do it it will carn you  

  6. You deffinatly need some sleep, a fantastic breakfast, and study for 30 min every hour. every time you go back to study, try to remember what you learned 30 min before. Also make up a catchy jingle to remember the hard parts (:

  7. I think that you should breathe deeply and just pretend that you are having another practise. Thats what i do when i have a music test. It really helps.

  8. get a good nights sleep and calm down...go 4 a run..that always channels all my nervous energy
