How to stop binging on food?

whats the easiest way to stop binging on food!!! i cant seem to stop eating, any tricks that may help? no stupid answers please!

  1. well first of all, you should ask yourself why you are eating the food. most of the time you will find that you are not hungry when you eat. if you are bored and finding a tendency to eat then, try to stay occupied by going to the gym or getting some exercise.  some other good alternatives is to not buy snack foods that are easily accessible because if you buy foods that aren't quick and easy, you may start eating less.  


  2. well one way is like when you are cooking, you chew sugar free gum so you dont want to eat

    and every time you are craving something, you only crave it for about 15 minutes then you wont crave it as much any more

  3. drink a lot of water because it will fill you up. exercise. chew gum. eat slower.
