  1. I had the same problem with my son. He's better now and doesn't go as often. The first thing we did was to limit how much he drinks after dinner and especially how much he drinks close to bed time. He usually goes to bed about 8pm. We go to sleep around 10. In the past, I would wake him up before we went to bed and have him go. How old is your child? Mine is nine now and like I said doing a lot better.

  2. Stop all liquids about 1 1/2 hours before bed. My son used to have accidents every single night and I got real tired of it. I threatened that he would have to go back to wearing goodnights and took away his liquids before bed and he hasn't had an accident in forever. Knock on wood.

  3. spank that butt the morning after he wetts the bed.. he'll stop after you make those butt cheeks red a few times.

  4. make them go before they go to bed then wake them up about midnight make them go again,    it worked on me when i was little!

  5. They say that a boy has to "grow" into being able to go all night without wetting. My oldest is 10 and my other son is 7. If I do not monitor how much they are drinking after dinner one of them has an accident. The more I stay on them about no drinks after 7 (they go to bed at 8:30) the less accidents they have. My husband said he had the same problem until about this age too.

  6. Start limits on the liquids within a few hours before bed...get them to the potty before bed, even if they say they dont have to go...they probably do have to go, just not bad enough to tell.

If all else fails break out the "Good nites" for a little while
