How to stop cutting my self

i really feel like killing myself i been cutting for 3 years and i just can't stop my dad's in jail my mom don't care and i really mean that part my GF is really being a b*** to me i don't know what else 2 do i don't have any friends i jus don't feel good when i'm with ppl at all what else is there 2 live for when the one person i love more than anything

I personally dont know how it feels with the whole dad thing and i only cut for about 5 months and i'm still struggling with the urges. my dad recently died on christmas day. I'm sorta agnostic/athiest so God can't help me here. I'm goin through all the stages everyday except the last. It's hard and i'm doing counciling to see if it will help. I've only been to 4 setions but I hope that it will help.

I hope you figure out what to do cause frankly idk what to do and it's driving me crazy.
