  1. I hate to tell you this...but there is no way to stop it. You are "dizzy" because the fluid in your ears have not adjusted back yet.

You just have to be careful and, within a day or two (at most 4 days), you'll be back to normal. The time for you to get back to normal depends on how long you've been on the cruise.

I've been on 6, almost 7, cruises and I hate getting off the ship and feeling wobbly. But, you'll be fine in not time.

    Hope that helped.

  2. That feelings last about 1-2 weeks.  Wear the seasick bands or take the sea-sick pills.  This will stop it and by 2 weeks after your cruise you should be fine.

  3. I've never experienced dizziness, per se, but perhaps you are still feeling your "sea legs" - sometimes it still feels like you're experiencing the rocking motion of the ship.  If that's the case, it will go away in a day or two.

Otherwise, are you sure the dizziness is from the cruise?  Do you have an ear infection or problems with  your sinuses that might be causing the dizziness after a flight home from the cruise?  See a doctor.

  4. I just got off a cruise last Thursday, I wasn't sick at all on the ship, but now that I'm on land I've been having motion sickness.  I started taking Dramamine to try and counter balance it.
