  2. try meditatting. I over think stuff too. Just sit cross legged with your hands in your lap and concentrate on deep breathing and nothing else. do this for as long as possible or until you feel relaxed. Good luck it worked for me.

  3. Get busy doing something productive. Go help someone. Get a really fun hobby. You just gotta make yourself focus on other things. Don't give in. You are stronger than that!
