How to stop fast blinking and twiching a lot?

How come i usualy blink fast and twich a lot every day? My eyes get watery a lot. It usually burns in my eye if i dont blink fast. I think if i get rid of burning in eye i can lose my fast blinking and my twitching. They barely itch. Twitching and blinking fast realy annoy me. I have allergy but im taking allergy medicine and eye drops, but none of it stops the eye. I been to lots eye doctors they dont know anything. All they give is eye drops which never help. I dont know how i got this it started like 2 years ago. I have good vision so i dont need glasses. I dont play too much computer, or games. How can i make this go away? best answer 10 points. ive heard that, that happens when ur really stressed out, maybe if u drink alot of caffeine ,or when u havent had a good sleep, to stop the twitch u need rest and relaxation.
