  1. My husband was having terrible trouble with his feet - just killing him by the end of the day.He tried lots of things people recommended.  One doctor suggested rolling his bare arch over a can (you know, like a can of peas) while seated.  Maybe ten minutes for each foot.  This did provide temporary relief, but the pain always returned.

Finally he got some arch supports called WalkFits - they come with 3 different inserts so you can find the one right for you.  After wearing them he is completely back to normal.  No more foot pain. In fact, now he hardly ever wears them.  And he walks a lot with his job.

Don't know if this will help you, but they're pretty cheap and easy to find.

  2. just dont use your feet

  3. Do they hurt like itch? or hurt like cramp? If they itch just be sure to wear powder, if they cramp and your on your feet alot, which it seems you are, look into ordering nikken magnetic insoles, they work amazingly. Just google the product. all you do it cut it to fit in the bottom of your shoe and your set

  4. Try dipping your feet in a bucket full of cool water.

  5. I run track so I run a lot too and I have the same problem. I take an Icy Hot patch for your back and put it on my feet before and after practice for about an hour. It helps the pain go away quickly and it stays away for 2-3 hours. Hope I helped you! Good luck!
