How to stop feet from hurting after playing bball

im going to tryout for my school team in the fall, but after i play for a while (an hour or so) when i get home my feet hurt, especially if i run. Its mostly the big toe and ball of my foot that hurt. i find that i eventual get calluses there if i keep it up. how can i stop this?

  4. Your shoes do not fit properly and you may be running incorrectly. You may need to get something professionally fitted

  5. You need better shoes with better insoles  , soaking youe feet in hot water , and massaging you're feet would help ... for smoother skin on youre feet try an aloe gel and and ointment for calluses.

  6. i would go out and buy Dr.Scholls gel soles for your shoes. This may help with your problem
