How to stop having wet dreams?

I have a wet dream basically every 3 nights or so. I don't m********e either because its a sin and i feel kinda g*y when I touch myself like that. Is there any other way to stop having them besides masturbating?

 The bible mentions something like wet dreams in Leviticus. i think Leviticus 7,15 or 16 or something. Your cerimonially unclean so must bath and you'll be cerimonially unclean till evening. But i don't think its asin, but masturbating is cus you don't have to do it and its the sameas wanting to fulfill those sexual desires.
