How to stop him from prank calling?

okay so there was this boy who keeps on calling us for no reason,

everytime this boy is calling he just place the telephone near a television or a radio,.,.

but sometimes he says hello then hangs up

i tried yelling at him cuz' im sooooo mad and his calling about 10 times a day i also tried to plug out the phone lines but then when theres an important call we can't answer it

so how do i stop him my other friends can't call,.,.,.,.,.

has anyone experience this,.,.

oh and i don't know thatboys number anyways he's just a kid.......

and we cant change our number due to many relatives living in other countries

we also don't a caller ID to detect his number

Call the police and ask them to monitor your phone. They will take care of him. or you can try *69! Call your phone Company this is against the law and they will take care of it!

If you call the phone company, you can block people from calling you like the Restricted numbers or something.

Have your parents call the phone company and change your plans so you your phone can't accept "blocked calls." This won't allow any to call you without unblocking their phone number. if he still calls and his number is showing up, call the police. most departments have protocol regarding annoying/harassing phone calls.
