How to stop him like a beggar who keeps asking food though he has his own food?

If you are room mates you should be friends. You should share your food happily with him. So I would suggest getting a new room mate.

Simple.  Tell him to buy his own food, you can't afford to be giving him yours.

Can you......... be a lil more specific? Sometimes people like to sample each other's food, it's not always 'begging.' To me... if someone asks me for food, at first I'd just give it. If the person asking it is no less fortunate than me and keeps doing it, then I'd just ask why he needs food from me, etc, and finally just refuse him. Or... give it to him, and then ask him for food to see how he'd react.

But honestly.... my foreign roommates never had problems sharing food w/me, and I with them, unlike some, not all, my American roommates. Take it as you wish, be offended, I kind of don't care.
