How to stop itchy face?

I got laser done on Saturday...first time getting this particular laser (apogee elite) previously I had been getting LightSheer...so anyways I broke out and also ended up with these little white bumps on my neck (where the hair was courser) and now that area feels hot, bumpy with skin colored raised bumps and is very very itchy...I haven't scratched it 'cause I'm afraid of leaving scars and I'e been very gentle when washing...is this normal after laser?

Your skin is probably reacting to the laser, which may have been a bit stronger this time. You could put some Benadril cream or ointment on it.
