How to stop itchy neck and face?

Question

No bumps or anything,just started getting really itchy on my neck since last week. I try my best not to scratch but sometimes can't help it and scratch a lot and it hurts. Just yesterday, my face is starting to get itchy too. Skin is clean and no not dry either. Any help would be great. Thanks :)

i think if it is red than it is a rach and cause i  had one

Maybe allergies? Or maybe if you changed your soap or anything like that it could be allergic reaction to it. :/ maybe you should go to a doctor for a check up?

they might send you to a dermatologist though.
