How to stop losing weight on my b***s?

im 5ft4'' , 115lb, 32d bust. everytime i excercise to stay fit, i lose weight on my body but also from my b***s. my bust starts shrinking!! is there any way to stop this?

  1. b***s are fat tissue, I think you should lose some in your b***s, if they are too big it makes you look FAT!


  2. I don't think its possible to control where you lose weight from. You bust has to get smaller if you lose weight.

    You can do certain exercises to improve areas like your tummy, thighs etc. You can actually do exercises which will firm your bust up. might be worth doing that.

  4. Not possible. The only way you can stop losing weight on your b***s is to stop losing weight altogether.

  7. b***s are most made of fat. When you lose weight you lose it all over your body (you can't target certain places). Anyway, if you lose any more weight I don't understand why you'd want 32D b***s? You'd look inproportionate.

  8. look you have too eat meat cuz when u exercise you lose the fat that your b***s contains eating meat replaces that with muscle.
