  1. you are not alone,i would worry that i am going to die some day and then i could not sleep the whole night, also when i was young i would worry how i would end up,successful,or not,i believe try to talk about this with some people that you trust and do little things, like try to put on soft music and meditate, try to also think about fun things that you can do,try not to get stuck in this, because i had the same problem, and you know time heals all wounds!

  2. If it is something that doesn't need to be worried about, here are some suggestions:

1 - Write out (or type) the problem and logically reason why you don't need to worry about it.

2 - Verify with someone else that you don't need to worry (ex: you are worried that your friend is sad, talk to friend briefly and they say they are fine, done)

If the worries are things that do need to be worried about, I can't help you much.

What I like to do is a tedious activity to get my mind off things. I like legos, so when I am worried or stressed I go and sort Lego pieces for a while.

  3. Force negatives out of your mind & focus on positives. Get involved in a good book when you go to bed - train your mind to switch off from daily life.

Reconcile what is worrying you before you go to bed. Don't take the problem with you.

    Best wishes. UK
