Question:

How to stop my Amp from going into protect mode when my bass hits at a deeper level?

I have 2 dual 4ohm Pioneer Premier Champion Series Pro Woofers 3000watts Each 1000watts RMS Each

I have a 2ch 2000Watt Performance Tecknique Amp with 2 ohm Stable

I have a Pioneer Avic N5 Receiver

I have Each woofer wired with one (-) to one (+) on the voice coil and the other two wires I have them running straight to the amp

this i believe is the Series wiring

I have a 4 Gauge power wire

if there is anything you see that i might have done wrong please correct me

  1. cool the amp with a fan or get a larger watt amp


  2. Sounds like you are going into protect due to not having enough power available to run this powerful amp...Is your voltage going lower than 11.9? Also,did you do "the big three" upgrade? This is needed to help out the charge system...You may want to get a more powerful gel type battery...Look below,do this and you shouldn't have any more problems.

  3. series is how it is wired not what  its wired to there is series parrell and series and parrell you may need to redo some of the wiring.
