How to stop my brother?

My brother has just stolen from my mum and Ten year old sister.

He has been confirmed as been on drugs and has ran off to be with his bf of two years, and he has been bad mouthing me and my 1 year old daughter to the point where I have now lost my job

He now has started to cause my nan and mum to argue over him, nan says its poor him. mum says nan should keep her nose out. Help how do I stop him before it's to late?

Cops. I know its harsh but he needs a reality check before it gets to the point where unfortunately he loses his life.
