How to stop my voice from shaking?

I had to call a stranger today and my voice started to shake...I felt so embarassed!!Also the first time I went to my orthodontist's office the same thing happened.I've always been shy and sometimes my voice is ok when I speak to strangers but other times it's awful.I don't know what to do!!Any advices how to stop my voice from shaking?

umm try to relax and cool down before talking and if you feel like somethings wrong with your throat like if you think you have colds or something try taking vitamin c and antibiotics that could help. if you dont feel anythign with your throat just try coughing gently before talking

stop thinking so hard about how you might look to them you only live once if they don't like the way you look or sound then s***w em it's all about confidence
