How to stop phone book delivery?

Hi, I am so sick of getting phone books every 2 weeks. How can I stop it? I don't use paper phone books for many years now. I am sure many of feel the the same. I wish there is something like National Do Not Call Registry web site. We need to have National No Phone books site to opt out to save trees!

I feel you on the pain of them, but i can't figure out how to stop them either. I've just gotten into the habit of removing the coupons in them, then recycling the books (with the exception of the mini ones...great to have in the car). I think that's about the best option for now.

You have a point.  You want to stop phone book delivery to save the trees.  You could try contacting the company that makes those phone books and request to stop delivering them.
