Question:

How to stop short hair flicking?

I have recently had my hair cut short (above shoulder length). The bottom of my hair keeps flicking out. I suspected this would happen before I had my hair cut, but I went ahead with it anyway, because I thought i could just straighten it. But when i do straighten it, its perfect, but only stays straight for half an hour maximum. The back flicks out the most. I've tried curling inwards when i straighten, but that doesn't seem to have much effect either. Help please? x

  3. i have the same problem im a guy  and my hair is about chin length when its wet or straight but it flicks out so it doesnt seem like it and its really annoying bcuz i want it straight so i can style it this certain way and when i got it straightened as a joke bcuz my cuz did it was like flat against my head and i look like cuzin it but it woulda been ok but it like curly inwards then when i got it straightened sorta like it wasstuck to my head and i want it to just go straight down so i think if i get it longer it will heelp but if it didnt flick then it would be perfect how it is

  4. gel it down, if not
straighten it & use hair spray-

    will keep in the position.

  5. i have the same problem, but tbh there isn't much you can acctually do about it, i recommend you just you alot of heat protection spray, it's not very expensive, and spray loads of this before straightening your hair, then when you do straighten your hair, straighten it inwards, it helps produce more oils in yoru hair that the straigtening takes out, i hope i helped :)
