How to stop the craving for sweet? How to like vegetable?

i can't survive a day without eating something sweet, i want to change but how. and i never touch a vegetable of my life, i want to eat and like it.

  1. well if you like sweet foods and want to try a vegetable then try sweet potatoes. i absolutely adore them and they satisfy your sweet tooth.

    cut them up and boil them and mash them if you want but don't add anything to the mash because unlike potatoes it doesn't need butter or milk. they also cook quicker than potatoes.

  2. Vegetables can be delicious.  

    Maybe you can try eating salad with a dressing that you like.  Add cranberries to salad mix if you like sweet.  

  3. Wean yourself off sugar. Start with the blander veg... experiment and see what you like. You might like things raw? Crunchy carrot sticks? Do you like fruit?

    Try mixing cook blended veg into things so you not notice its there, you can add cooked veg to things like pasta sauce and puree it so you don't notice it as lumpy veg.

    Experiment with cooking methods. Not many people (bar the elderly who seem to love mush) like veg which is boiled to death in a pan of water for hours on end!

    You could try things like cauliflower and broccoli in a cheese sauce? There are an awful lot of veg out there, supermarkets stoke a huge range so just keep trying until you find ones you like. You can also try making soups using veg.
