How to stop the urge to m********e and/or ejaculate?

I just find that when i'm bored i get this urge to do it... so there is not really anything I can do to stop it. I just can't help it.

look at something disgusting that useally makes you less sexually aroused, try not to be bored, put a filter on your computer

probably hormones, its normal really, as long as it isnt disrupting your daily life it's fine.

The main thing to do is to try to occupy all of your time. I know that sounds difficult but if you do that but that is the only way I could think that would help.

The same happens to me. I guess they're activities you need to get into, and expand our life a bit more.

Try to think about somethingg different when you get the urge too, like go listen to music, watch TV, or go outside. Whatever you can do. As long as you keep yourself busy.
