  1. Give her a week. Every time she craves something sweet, stick a carrot in her hand. Or celery. Or something of nutritional value. Then at the end of the week, if she sticks to her guns, "reward" her with a treat.  One candy bar. One cookie. Dark chocolate is actually better (although I'm not too big on it myself).  Then go from there. Just take it a day or a week at a time. That way she's not overwhelmed and winds up binging.

  2. Fresh Fruit is sweet!

  3. insted of eating sweets she could eat fruites like peaches or oranges those are fresh sweet fruites and if she wants to get rid of the fat you and your mom should go walking for about an hour not normall walking i mean speed walking hope i helped

  4. From personal experience I can tell you that if you eat sweets you will want more sweets!  The sugar causes you to crave them more.  So the best way is to cut them out completely. I know it sounds impossible but it really does work that way.  I have lost 30 pounds in 3 months by cutting out junk food.  And in order to stop thinking about the food she thinks she wants, she needs to distract herself with healthier options, such as a hobby, take a walk, I am sure there are other things your mom can do to keep busy and away from the fridge. Most Moms have more than enough to do!  And she needs your help too, thru encouragement and keeping her active, just be sure do it in positive ways, nobody likes to be told they are heavy even when they know its true.

  5. I've read that pickles eliminate cravings for sweets.

  6. Well, it's mostly about having self-control. You have to give yourself a limit or accomplishment. But try eating fruits. Their Sweet and tasty

  7. she should start substituting sweets for fruit, and have only bad sweets only like 2-3 times to start off with. as she progresses it should be only once a week. to lose  the weight in a healthy and natural way go to www.earthclinic.com

  8. Fruit and sugar free ice lollies. She should get checked for a thyroid or diabetes problem if she is constantly craving sweets =]

  9. I think she should drink water every time she wants a lolly.

  10. I don't know if this works for everyone but I heard that if you brush your teeth instead of munching on a treat you won't eat as much. I think it has something to do with having the toothpaste in your mouth.
