  1. If you are using Windows XP Prof, then use the Group Policy Editor to remove Internet access to the Guest Account.

    You can use the

    Start-->Run-->gpedit.msc [Group Policy Editor]

    Then restrict the music account or any account from connecting to the Internet. To do this, still at GPedit.msc go to

    Administrative Templates-->Windows Components-->Internet Explorer Control Panel-->Security Page-->Locked-Down Local Machine Zone.

    In the Locked-Down Local Machine Zone, go to right panel and select Logon options [usually the last item in the list]. Right click for properties, set this to Enable, then select Logon Options to "Prompt for user name and password".

    Also, in the GPEdit, you could go to Administrative Templates-->System-->Internet Communication Management.

    In the Internet Communication Management, select Restrict Internet Communication, right click for properties, then select Enable.

    Both these tweaks would virtually disable Internet connection. For anything else, view Group Settings Help file.
