How to stop vibration of rear speakers due to subs.?

What can I do besides getting Dynamat or any other rattle reducing material. Is there something to get homemade in order to stop the rattle. Help please.

  1. if the rear speakers are rattleing then make sure it is connected stable to your car and or connections.  The direction the sub is pointing may aslo be the problem.

  3. Turn down the volume.

  4. you can take kids plastic buckets like the little buckets you take to the beach.. and attach them under your back speakers.. this trick is used in car audio alot

  5. you could stuff a blanket between the sub and the speakers.  Just to see if it helps.

  6. custom cut rubber, like from a bicycle innertube, and mount it in between the speakers and the car body. if the vibration is due to the cars body, such as liscence plate, etc, use dynamat. it also works good for sound insolation in trunks
