I've got white mold on the carpet and it's always wet. Someone said I might as well drill a hole in the floor before it rusts through.

  1. Could be the drain from your air conditioner compressor box is plugged. This can be checked by running a wire through it.

  2. this problem is from a clogged drain...it's on the passenger side fire wall. but most people dont know! theres 2 drains!!!!!!   the other is a small tube which is very hard to notice...it runs down the passenger side strut tower under the hood....this is a drain for the wiper cowl area! you probably have alot of leaves, pine needles or somthing like that where you park, or if the vehicle sat under a tree for a while. Ive also seen squirles and mice leave nuts ect there . you will be amazed how much water comes out of this drain ! good luck!

  3. there's a drain on those that gets stopped up and it has to stay clear so that the water drains from the heater box when you use the air conditioner, and drilling a hole in it is not the answer, you may have to lower the box and partially dis-assemble it to get all the junk from it though, sometimes that's the only way to get those cleaned out all the way, don't drill any holes though that's not the answer on this problem, clean the drain and the box out, that will stop it from doing that, its probably old leaves ad debris in it that's causing that to happen,it takes about a half a day to thoroughly clean one out real good, good luck.
