How to store 3g Apple iPhone Maps GPS ?

I have a 3g iPhone jailbroken with cydia and installer 4 beta but I dont have the 3g data plan. The reason is because almost everywhere I go i have wifi.

But when im traveling i cant get my maps to load. I have winscp where I can add/edit files to my iphone, my question is where does the iphone store its cache maps? i have downloaded a city map with global map download tool but where can i store them in the cache folder?

There's no way to do that only to view where you are going before going then use it there it store what you are looking at. I had an iPod touch and I use to do that. Now I just want an app with maps stored but it isn't possible because apple doesn't let any developer to write an app of guidence. Tom Tom company has rummors that it's making one.

I really want one like this too.
