If you are talking about the plush collectibles and not the figurines, the best way to store them is wrapped in acid free tissue paper and then in cloth "sleepers".  You can buy drawstring bags that are made out of cotton or flannel that are already made (Container store sells them for purses, shoes, and larger ones, too)  But, I find inexpensive pillowcases work well too.  If you are looking to store the figurines, wrap them in acid free tissue and then put them in an acid free, archival box.  Both items can be stored, relatively dust free and be preserved without damage using these methods.
