I want to know how to store them, what type of container, and perhaps, any other tips to keeping them fresh and not soggy for the next day for snack or lunch. Thankyou

  1. Make sure they are fully cooled, place greaseproof paper between each pancake and store in an air tight container .. or wrap tightly in glad wrap :) always works well for me

  2. I freeze mine all the time. Just place them in a plastic freezer bag with some parchment or wax paper in between them.

Then, when I wanna have them for breakfast, I just pop them apart and microwave till hot.

Or sometimes I do like what you're doing, and I just take them out and put them in my backpack right before I leave for school. They're perfectly defrosted by lunchtime.

  3. after they are totally cooled down, wrap them up seperately (so they don't stick together) and put them in fridge or in cool weather.

    ^^^^^^^^^^

  4. Haha I just stick them in the fridge on a plate and I have no probs with them the next day.

  5. I used to make them and cool them on a rack individually.  Then i just stuck them in a tupperware container.  I separated them with wax paper or parchment paper so they didn't stick together.  Make sure they're all cool before you close up the container.   If they're still warm, the heat will bring moisture and you'll have soggy cakes.

  6. for pancakes i would say that you should put them in a container.. in the fridge or another option is to freeze them and then use the toaster or microwave/ griller to defrostt them..or to put them in gladwrap and store them in the fridge.. if you want cold panakes definatley freeze them and put them in your bag and they will hopefully defrost by the time you need to eat them..
