How to store electric power over wheel rotation?

i have a project to create an alternative energy source from wheel,thus it can be applied for bicycle,motorcycle,perhaps cars.i hope it can also be used for water turbine,wind turbine or else.

well you are either referring to regenerative breaking which is already being used or a generator which was invented some time in the 1800's

connect the wheel with a generator which is further connected to battaries.......the battaries will store the electricity for you....
