How to store falafels?

Question

I just bought a bunch of fresh falafels (just the balls) from a lebanese deli here, and I don't know if I should keep them in the fridge or just on the counter. How long will they keep and where should I keep them?

fridge.one day or throw out...(so simple to make, why buy?)

You can keep them out if your just waiting a few hours.   The garlic in them will spoil if you leave them out of the refrigerator for more than a day or so.    Heat them in the oven if you want the crisp outside.

I store mine in the fridge in a plastic container ( lize zip lock or glad)  with paper towels in between for up to 3 days. Great results- just fry quickly when you want them and serve with pita, tahini, and a tomato/onion/cucmber salad.
