How to strengthen my wrist ?

I am a graphic designer; I draw A LOT (i.e. 8 hours non stop). I've noticed my wrist hurts or gets stiff more and more. Any thing I can do to strengthen my wrist? exercises? (no jokes please).

  3. You could be getting carpal tunnel also use hand weights to strenthen your wrists

  4. its a carpal tunnel syndrome... women are more likely to have it than man because of having a smaller wrist than men. dominant hand is usually affected

  5. I'm on the flag team, and it also can be very straining on the wrists.

    So what we do is first we "warm up" Where we just take our hand and clench into a fist, and then just rotate it in a circle.

    Then with maybe 5lb weights, just go back and forth, using only the wrist joint.
