  1. You didn't say what fabric your shirts are made out of but sometimes if you wash them and stretch when they are wet they can be enlarged quite a bit.  Ironing and pushing hard to stretch out may help also.

  2. Simply stretch it.Ask somebody to help you out and get it from two sides and then you get it from the other two and then pull.Do that verticaly and horizontly.

  3. Here is one way that works for me, wash them in cold water or just get them wet in cold water and while they are still wet shake them out to "snap" them in every direction, for example, hold the shirt right side up and snap it, and then hold it on the side and snap it again, and so on and so forth till you have snapped it in every direction.  Then after you do that, hang them up and let air dry or lay them on a flat surface to dry with a towel underneath to catch the wetness.  Try that and see if it works, it works for me when my shirts shrink too.  Good luck.

  4. put the shirts through the wash.  while wet, stretch the shirts by holding on opposite seams (side by side top and bottom).  But be sure you do both equally or you'll end up with a crooked shirt.  You can do it pretty easy easy on your knees too.

  5. Most commercial shirts have a double seam. If you sew, you can carefully remove the seam farthest from the edge and stitch over the seam closest to the cut edge. On most shirts you will only be able to do this to 2 seams. If its a button up shirt you can move the buttons over a 1/4". T-shirts can be ironed with spray sizing. Turn the t-shirt inside out, put the t-shirt over the ironing board and stretch it slightly, but evenly, spray with the sizing and iron.  Good luck and don't skip the step of stitching over the seam or u could bust out of your clothes! ;)
