How to style this guy hair style?

Ok so I have pretty long hair. Same color as the guy's in the picture and about as long. How would I go about styling it like this? I like it because it doesn't looked gelled or forced. Is it blow dried? Does he use wax or gel? Any help would be great!

   I agree with the first post, however if you try to use this hair product below it will benefit you more by eliminating the following things that most hair products offer.
