How to submerge two groups?

I have created one group on Yahoo and I am a moderator of another group on Yahoo. The owner of the other group wants to submerge our groups. How is it possible to submerge both groups or making member of one group to receive another group's messages.

stick them underwater.

you cannot add members of one group to another without each members individual permission. one groups contents also is not suppose to go any where else but that group and members also may not like the idea.

if one group has no members, and you just want to tranfer info from one to another, it's all done by copying and pasting.
