How to submit a picture to digg?

Ok, i have a picture that i want to submit to digg but i have no clue how. Do i have to put it on a blog and the submit it somehow? I have no clue? Thnaks for the help.

To the best of my knowledge you have to have an account with Digg before you can do anything else.
